Trade
Trade orders are a minimum purchase of £350.00 first order only! A valid credit/debit card must be redeemed, all invoices are to be paid in full within 21 days from the invoice date, and all products remain the property of Falcon Fabrication until paid for in full! Invoices outstanding past 21 days will be charged interest at the current rate. The Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998 applies.
License
Our website dose not allow use of web templates and other products sold through our web site by independent content providers (the "products") in accordance with these Terms and Conditions (the "license") issued by our company.
Modifications
You are not authorized to make any necessary modification(s) to our products to fit your purposes.

Payment can be made by cheque in UK Sterling, postal-order in UK Sterling, credit card, debit card. We do not recommend cash sent via postal services unless it is a special delivery service. Postage & Packaging is not calculated until we process your order. The additional cost of the postage & packaging will be added later. Small orders
Please note that we have a *minimum goods order value of £10 for UK orders and £50 for International orders. The high cost of processing orders below the above amounts means that we make a loss below this level and a surcharge of £2.50 will be added in the UK and £10 European and World Wide.
Tax
All products sold with in this web site are subjected to V.A.T (tax). V. A. T. within the UK and European Community V.A.T (tax) will be charged at the rate of ruling in the UK. Delivery
We expect to send your parcel within 7 working days of receiving your order. We try to be faster but it is not always possible and at busy times this can be longer; up to 14 days. We will try to advise you as best as we can upon your order.
Carriage
Goods are sent by Commercial Carrier / Parcel force / Royal Mail depending on size and weight. All items are recorded signed for via the carrier we choose to use. Falcon fabrication is not responsible for any lost or damaged items sent with our choice of postal service we choose to use. The responsibility relies solely with the third party who is paying for service at the time the item(s) were sent, unless at time-to-time Falcon Fabrication occasionally run a free postage & package service, and then we are solely responsible for all the postage charges and claims. In the unlikely event of lost or damaged items occurs a full postal receipt or courier receipt is available upon request as proof of postage and to assist with any claim.
Postal Insurance
An additional charge will be added to your order upon processing if you decide you do require Postal Insurance. Postal Insurance costs £1.00 per £20.00 value.

We ask that customers be very cautious when opening, using or sharpening knives purchased from Falcon Fabrication. Knives sold on this web site are intended to be used as a working tool, they are not weapons and should not be used as such. Travel Boxes (from 18-08-2008) Terms & Conditions
All boxes purchased from 18/08/08 are protected with a life time guarantee on structural defects. Should your box suffer any structural defects due to a direct manufacturing error, we will repair or replace the item free of charge. This guarantee does not cover deliberate or accidental damage along with moveable wearing parts (caches, door hinges, and lay flat handles). All boxes manufactured from the above date carry a unique code stamped on the underside of the box for guarantee purpose. Falcon Fabrication reserves the right to replace or repair if an act of gross misconduct is committed or suspected.

Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions
These conditions apply to Gift Vouchers which can have either a 10 or 11 digit identification number, of which is a combination of letters and numbers.
Gift Vouchers can be redeemed via our website, telephone or mail order. They cannot be redeemed at events such as Falconry Fairs etc.
Gift Vouchers cannot be swapped for money back.
Any unused balance will be placed in the recipient's Gift Voucher account.
If the order exceeds the amount of the Gift Voucher , the balance must be paid by credit or debit card.
Gift Vouchers and unused portions of Gift Vouchers expire six months from the date of issue.
