Ordering via Post
Payment via CHEQUE - POSTAL is by prior arrangement only.
Please contact us for further information. Please note: We do not accept payment by cash. You can download and fill out a product ordering form in either word document format or pdf format from the links below. Please complete and return the order form to the address given in each order form, with your signature for confirmation. Please also state within the order form what method you will be using to make payment for your order.
Payment methods can be as follows:
Ordering On-line You can order on-line via our on-line ordering system. You do not have to register to use our on-line service. You can purchase as many products you like by adding them to your shopping basket. When you have added all of your products to your shopping basket, click on the secure link at the right hand side of your screen titled "checkout". You will then be redirected to the checkout page. You can choose to pay via credit/debit card, telephone payment or by postal order. Simply select which payment method you wish to use. You will be sent an automated confirmation e-mail once you have submitted this order, giving you a receipt and unique order number. Please print this e-mail and keep in a safe place, as you may need the information for further correspondance. You will also be given a link to view the status of your order throughout the process. Inactive/non submitted shopping baskets for longer than 4 hours are automatically removed from the database. Placing an order & paying via Gift Voucher Gift Vouchers are available from Falcon Fabrication, of which can be used to order products from our catalogue via our web site. Within the "Payment Method" section within the checkout page, select "Gift Voucher" and enter the unique identification code, along with the recipient's name in the fields provided. Normal terms & conditions apply, as well as the additional gift voucher terms & conditions of which all can be located here. Product Delivery Please note: All of our products over 2kg are sent using DHL where an online tracking number is available. We do not except any responsibility for items sent with Parcel Force or Royal Mail unless enhanced compensation insurance is requested. Tracking numbers are sent automatically once your order has been completed. Security We have now moved our shopping basket system into our secure server, giving you the option to order items with your credit / debit card via our web site. All of your details provided are encrypted throughout the process. You will notice the security padlock at the top of the shopping basket page (depending upon the browser you are using, the padlock icon may be positioned elsewhere).
