All products come with a full money back guarantee if they are returned within 7 days of the receipt date, provided they are in the original condition! Used goods will not be refunded unless there is an obvious fault! We must be notified of faults no later than 21 days of any such fault occurring from the date of Purchase,Other wise a refund or replacement cannot be given! Falcon Fabrication will determine on a refund or replacement on any faulty goods where applicable with in the 21 day return period .
All of our Falconry products offered for sale herein are believed to be safe, but discretion in the use is the responsibility of the customers. It is the customers responsibility to check their birds husbandry equipment regulary for signs of wear and tear on items such as anklets / jess / leash / swivels / gloves etc...
Travel Boxes
All Travel Boxes purchased from 18/08/08 are protected with a life guarantee on structural defects. Should your box suffer any structural defects due to a direct manufacturing error, we will repair or replace the item free of charge as we see fit. This guarantee does not cover deliberate or accidental damage along with moveable wearing parts (caches, door hinges, and lay flat handles). All boxes manufactured from the above date carry a unique code stamped on the underside of the box for guarantee purpose. Falcon Fabrication reserves the right to replace or repair if an act of gross misconduct is committed or suspected.
Knives
We ask that customers be very cautious when opening, using or sharpening knives purchased from Falcon Fabrication. Knives sold on this web site are intended to be used as a working tool; they are not weapons and should not be used as such. If an injury occurs during the use (or misuse) of any knives purchased from Falcon Fabrication, this is a risk that our customers assume and Falcon Fabrication can in no way be held accountable. This is also part of our Terms & Conditions.
Telemetry Due to extensive development and advances in production techniques we can now offer a lifetime warranty on our Falcon Transmitters and Receivers. In the unlikely event that they should fail and as long as they have not been tampered with in any way, modified, abused or damaged through misuse neglect or accidental we will repair or replace them free of charge.
